Maybe you're exhausted from constantly thinking about food, your body, or whether you're "good enough." Perhaps anxiety is keeping you on edge, perfectionism has left you feeling behind, or you're trying to understand who you are while navigating questions about your faith, gender, or identity. You don't have to figure it all out alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin creating a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.
I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, and gender dysphoria. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming because I believe healing begins when every part of you is met with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. Some sessions may involve conversation, while others include art, movement, bilateral stimulation, or experiential activities that help you experience change rather than just talk about it.
My work is informed by training in experiential therapy, gender-affirming care, memory reconsolidation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), schema therapy, and intuitive eating. I am an Eating Disorder Informed Professional (EDIP), have completed the Utah Transgender Treatment Certification, and am currently working toward becoming a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS). Whether you're healing your relationship with food, navigating trauma, or embracing your identity, I'll help you take up space, reconnect with yourself, and live authentically.
